Inspected an ocean front townhouse in South Palm Beach the owner of one of the nations first and most established environmental testing firms, they conduct primarily outdoor testing so hired us for indoor mold testing and inspections in their townhouse when the son was getting sick 4- 2012.
Our mold inspector in S. Florida inspected one room at the Jupiter Island mansion of a famous retired pro golfer. Helped his builder finally correctly diagnose the cause and origin of a mysterious mold problem that the builder was having difficulty pinpointing, it turned out to be simple roof leaks from a prematurely leaky tile roof. 7-2012.
Conducted mold testing in Palm Beach at the 15,000 sf mansion complex of a well established property developer and builder. He build one of Flagler Boulevards most iconic buildings. His own home was experiencing musty odors, his daughter was getting sick. The issue was mold in the AC units and a ozone generating device that had been forgotten about and hidden inside his daughters AC ducts, this was in 2011.
Conducted indoor air quality testing in one of the worlds most well known movie stars central Florida homes, he has been in movies since the 1970’s Had forgotten about ozone generating lights in several AC units creating metallic or bleach like ozone odors. This was around 2009.
Inspected the Cutler Ridge area house /recording studio of a famous singer who is the son of a famous singer. Negative pressure combined with builder related defects caused hot humid outdoor air to be pulled into wall voids where it condensed and created Stachybotrys mold infestations and strong moldy odors.

We conducted a mold inspection at the roughly 10,000 sf Cutler Ridge area home of the above referenced singers sister. She to is a famous singer as well as fashion designer for the families well known trademark merchandise.

Mangrove swamp view from a multi million dollar Ocean Reef Club condo in North Key Largo. We did mold testing at this property on two different dates.
Did Palm Beach mold testing in the 10,000 square foot Palm Beach mansion of a very famous singer, very well know in South Florida. Excessive humidity was coming in from outside, also rodent allergens were being sucked into an open AC return plenum in the attic. The allergens appeared to result in allergic reactions in two family members.

Eighty thousand (80,000) square foot government building in the Caribbean, it was contaminated with Stachybotrys mold hidden in nearly all of it’s 18 massive air handler closets due to prolonged roof leaks. 4-19-03 to 4-21-03.
House in Abacoa Bahamas that experienced leakage from a hurricane. 2-26-04 to 2-27-04
7000 square foot Martin County house owned by the president of a New York / New Jersey Port Authority construction company heavily involved with the world trade center construction and clean up. The house experienced mold, moldy odors, and leakage from hurricanes Francis, Jean, and Wilma. 10-31-05 to 11-2-05.
Multi-million dollar Fischer Island condo owned by the president of a major Entertainment Company. His condo experienced light but widespread growth of Aspergillus mold on many personal belongings as the result of humidity pulled in from outside.

North Palm Beach condo owned by the president of a race car establishment. Humidity entrainment by the HVAC unit located in an outdoor closet resulted in humidity and contamination of HVAC system and ductwork.

Around the same time we conducted mold testing and inspections at the Palm Beach Gardens home of a famous retired race car driver and owner of a very well known auto supply distributor.

20,000 SF bank under construction in North Florida near Tallahassee. Extensive heavy wide spread Stachybotrys mold contamination under insulation on all perimeter walls was the result of prolonged roof leakage due to construction delays.

Mold hidden behind fiberglass insulation in a massive bank we inspected in the Florida Panhandle. The building was still under construction when the mold growth occurred.
Inspected the recording studio for a country music singer. The studio was inside a massive mansion in Palm Beach, it turned out to be the most expensive home ever bought in palm Beach County.

Inspected the West Palm Beach condo of a mega church pastor. His wife wrote a book. I told them what to mega churches I have attended and the husband pulled out his cell phone and presented photos of himself with the pastors. Small world.
