About The Inspection Process

Part I Questionnaire:

No two inspections are alike but our investigations can be broken down into five general parts. The first step in investigating a possible mold or air quality issue is to interview you on the site about your specific concerns. We will interview you about current and even previous problems related to roof leaks, plumbing leaks, floods, condensation and elevated humidity. Our Miami mold inspector will also want to know about any and upper respiratory health problems that appear to be related to time spent indoors.

Part II Visual Inspection:

During mold testing in Miami our investigator will perform a comprehensive inspection of accessible areas in the property. He will attempt to locate moisture damage, unusual odors, humidity issues, and other problem conditions. Part III Testing:
